• Unconfirmed registrations via email or phone will not be eligible for prizes.

• Each participant is required to give one valid email address and one valid mobile number to join the raffle. If you wish to join another raffle, all you need to do is to "Log in" using the registered email address and password.
• A confirmation link is sent via email or you may have the option to confirm your registration via phone.
• You will receive an email together with its unique raffle entry code for every raffle entry you send.
• Employees of LukesFortune.com, its affiliates, distributors, suppliers, advertising and media agencies as well as their relatives up to the 3rd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Collecting Your Prizes:

• All winners will be contacted by a duly authorized representative of LukesFortune.com via phone call or email using the registered email and mobile number submitted by the winner.
• All winners will be required to furnish a valid copy of their identification cards with their names and the representative will ask all the winners to validate the details submitted to LukesFortune.com.
• In the event that the winner is untraceable after this period, LukesFortune.com will be free to forfeit the prize in its entirety or take out a new winner.
• Upon verification of the all the necessary requirements, only will the participant be declared as the winner and eligible for the Grand Prize.
• No cash payment in lieu of the prizes will be made.
• LukesFortune.com shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Promotion. LukesFortune.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Central and State governmental actions, policies and other force major circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
